Earlier this week we wrote to our Keywords tool customers to you know about a change to the way EU-based customers will pay for their Wordtracker Keywords subscription.

Traditionally, Wordtracker has assumed the cost of paying VAT for our EU-based customers. In its recent Budget, the UK government announced an increase in the rate of VAT, which will make this unaffordable.

From January 4th 2011, we'll be adding VAT at the prevailing rate, 20%. Assuming your company is VAT-registered, you'll be able to reclaim the tax in the usual way.

At the same time, we'll be adjusting our subscription rates. For 2011 our prices will be:

  • $69/month (plus VAT where applicable)

or

  • $379/year (plus VAT where applicable). A saving of $449 on the monthly price.

We're confident that we offer fantastic value for anyone wanting to get their website to the top of Google's results.

If you've any questions about the changes, please email us at [support@wordtracker.com](mailto: support@wordtracker.com).

Meanwhile, thank you for your continued support, and best wishes for 2011.
